Having had four other homes we were wary of all builders. Linda answered all our questions without hesitation, even if the answers might keep us from building with Frassrand. She was wonderful to us and helped tremendously throughout the whole process. Both you and Hal made our dream house come alive. You were so accommodating about any changes and handled any problems quickly. You never once increased the price when materials costs rose, as so many other builders do. You both have an integrity not often found these days. We can't sing your praises loudly enough. Everyone who has seen our home loves it and we always give you all the credit. "Once we signed the contract, all communication was by phone or email. Tera sent us photo updates so we could follow the construction from New Hampshire and discuss changes. Building long distance is not for everyone. But the Frassrands made the process easy, and there were no surprises when we entered our new home the first time. Dear Tera and Hal: We could write volumes and never be able to thank you enough for the beautiful house you built for us. Your attention to customer service is impeccable. Our emails and phone calls were returned promptly, and I mean within an hour to the end of the day. All the times we made those frantic phone calls; your reassurance that everything was fine and “not to worry” gave us such relief. We heard such horror stories about being an absentee homebuilder. Our anxieties were more of not being able to see the house than worrying that things were not as they should be. Our visits were fun and exciting, to be able to see the progress and meet the subcontractors. You were always extremely helpful to us when making decisions. We never felt rushed in any way and always felt that you were just as excited as we were about the progress of the house. You never once refused to consider any change. Other builders we met with were very reluctant to make changes to “their” plans. You were not only open minded, but actually enthusiastic about customizing our home. We have to say that our experience was not only rewarding, but also an exciting adventure. The quality of the house goes beyond superb. We knew from the beginning that we would be demanding customers. Having allowed very few people to work on our Bridgewater home, doing the largest majority of the work ourselves, we believe ourselves to be very meticulous about our home. When we first met you a year ago, we were impressed with the quality present in your model home. After meeting you, we felt very comfortable that you would deliver the same level of quality when building our house. You exceeded our high expectations well beyond what we could have ever hoped for. We have been blessed to meet several neighbors of whom we have become good friends. Some are employed in the building industry; one was a general home contractor. All have been through the house throughout all its stages of construction and have praised the quality of workmanship and materials used. Please extend our praise and thanks to Leon. Although you tell us that the subcontractors did not like him looking over their shoulders, we will be forever grateful for his diligence. The most valued part of the whole experience is the relationship that we have developed with you. Although prior to the beginning of construction, we had never met, we now consider you to be very good friends and look forward to a long lasting friendship. Once again Tera and Hal, our heartfelt thanks to a truly enjoyable experience. Thank you for our beautiful home. You have truly made it “Burt’s Paradise”. | "To whom it may concern When I moved from Pass Christian in Mississippi in 2002, I was in search of a piece of land to build my dream home. I purchased a lot in Fairchild oaks subdivision and then proceeded to find a reputable builder. After many weeks I happened on Mr. Hal Frassrand and his daughter Tara, at the model home he had built in Palm Coast. I was impressed with this model and it was not long before Hal and Tara gained my respect as being a reputable builders. Their honesty and integrity are impeccable. I am now a proud owner of a Frassrand built custom home. The house was built to my design, we met on a daily basis through the construction phase, to which they both answered my questions and or concerns. They also corrected any perceived problem very quickly. I would recommend the Frassrand team to any prospective client who would like a custom dream home to be built to their specifications. Since living in the house now for three years I have not had any problems to endure. The house did not receive any damage to it in 2004 when 3 hurricanes came through Florida back to back.
